Is my order on its way?
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to locate your parcel. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

What is a Standard Delivery?
Standard delivery is FREE and will be delivered within 3-5 working days, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed. Standard Delivery is made by registered postal service, which will require your signature for acceptance.
What is an Express Delivery
You are entitled for a FREE Express Delivery when you spend $400.00 or more on cameome.com. Please note that this offer does not apply to postcodes. Your order will be delivered by EMS, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed.
How does your delivery service work?
Our orders are sent via registered post (FREE Standard Deliveries) or EMS and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the EMS depot and a contact card will be left in your post box. EMS will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the EMS driver will leave a contact card in your post box in order for you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the EMS depot 10 business days from the 1st delivery attempt.
What time do you deliver?
EMS will deliver between 08:00 and 18:00. A signature will be required upon delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the CAMEO store, please send it back to us. You can return any item purchased from the CAMEO Store within 30 days of receipt for a refund excluding shipping costs.
The CAMEO Store will only accept returns for purchases made from the CAMEO Store. Likewise, CAMEO stores and Partners will not accept returns for a refund on products purchased from the online store. Should you wish to exchange your item, you are able to contact our customer service department, providing you have a valid proof of purchase and adhere to our returns policy.
All jewelry sets with item numbers starting with CTS (e.g. CTS00092) are bundled sets. Please note that if you have purchased a bundled set and wish to return it for a refund, the complete set must be returned.
All goods will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. We will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the price you purchased your item for. Please note that from the date that we receive your return, refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please contact your bank directly for further details.
Can I return an item purchased from cameome.com to a CAMEO store?
It is not possible to return an item purchased from cameome.com to a CAMEO store. Please return all purchased orders to cameome.com. Likewise it is not possible to return an item purchased from a CAMEO store to cameome.com.
Have you received my returned item?

The price of the item I purchased has changed since I received it. Can I get a refund?
As a retail business our prices change in response to trends, stock and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
What is the returns policy for sale items on cameome.com?
Refunds are available on sale items within 14 days of purchase.

What happens if I want to return a bracelet set?
Exchanges are not available on bracelet sets. Refunds are only available with a valid receipt to the value of the complete bracelet and not the component parts. Please see our returns policy for instructions.
